00575 boost pressure below minimum level....????

Help...... checked all intercooler pipes .. and had new turbo. Old one noisey ..
No problem..... then fault only after you boot it.... egr valve is good.... confused guys.....?????? Cats OK not blocked......... any ideas ??? Please .

Sticky turbo or damaged VNT mechanism... Where abouts are you in the Uk ?
