    "Premium brand offering budget services"
    Cons - bad customer care
Dropped off my car for a quick check Wednesday last week and been told I will get my car by COB at the latest. No courtesy car has been offered. 5 minutes before the closing time I had to give them a call as no one bothered to call me back with an update. They've told me they have to do some extra checks next morning. Nobody was planing to tell me that! Yet again no call next day for an update. Called back Friday several times to try to find out what has happened with my car. Every single time The person in charge(Ray) was too busy to talk to me and I've been told he will call me back. Over one week later I still have no idea when do I get my car or if they still have it? Trying desperately to speak with someone, but the only answer I get from the reception lady is that everyone is busy and I will get a call back. I have even asked to speak with complaints department to make a formal complain but nobody wants to discuss either about my complaint or to return my car. How is this possible from a premium car dealer? I wonder if they realise they've left me with no car for over one week without providing a courtesy car or at least telling me to look for a rental. not to say the refusal to speak with me for over a week?

Pros - You can buy an Audi! (Scraping the barrel here!)
Cons - Never deliver what they promise and treat customers like ****!
Really not interested in giving you stuff agreed during purchase, even after contacting Audi UK.

Leave you waiting for an hour even though you have an appointment!

"Think its because i have an old car...."
    Pros - good location
Cons - If you don't have a brand new car they don't want to know
I went to Manchester Audi for my service, which was fine and im happy to pay the dealer price for a service as i want that Audi stamp in my book. After my service they printed off the "What is horribly wrong with my car" sheet and when i looked at the total it showed a total of over £4000!!!

I said no point in me even wanting to get this work done as it would cost more then my car is worth. So i left paying for my long interim service and a long list of jobs to be completed.

After consulting with a mechanic he told me i actually only needed to spend a couple of hundred as the jobs listed on the sheet didn't need doing at all.

After i had solved these issues i went needed a part so off i went to Manchester Audi (which is close to me) They didn't want to know. I waited about for ages to be served, i didn't know that the parts department isn't even near the showroom and isn't clearly signposted either. The receptionist looked at me like i shouldn't of even been stood in the showroom waiting. Don't see what her problem was because i had the money to pay for the parts there and then.

So now after the bad attitude of the receptionist i took my business to Stockport Audi who were more then helpful and even had the parts in stock that i needed. I will never take my car to Audi Manchester for any type of service and also as a result of this my mother won't send her new car there either and would rather go Stockport.

    "Good sales service"
    Pros - Good location
Cons - Staff sometimes slow at responding and very busy.
i bought my current car, a new S3 from there at the end of 2014. The actual ordering and face to face stuff was good, tests drives arranged quickly, good knowledge of the products and the staff are friendly.

One salesman who wasn't dealing with me overheard the car I was buying and cake over to offer some advice on some of the options having owned one.

The guy who greets customers is hilarious, whatever he drinks in the morning is something I need in my life.

Once the order was placed, updates were a little slower, I had to chase a few times, but nothing too major.

I have returned to order a new car.

Can't comment on the after sales and servicing too much, but when I had a slight rattle on the S3 they told me to bring it straight in and sorted it there and then.

    "Absolutely shocking..."
Pros - Not too far away.
    Cons - Everything else!
I bought a used (64 plate) S3 from them not too long ago. I am STILL on the phone to them trying to rectify problems.

    Let’s start from the beginning:

Firstly, they gave me a good quote for the car on a PCP deal, on the day of collecting the car, I saw the finance agreements and it was priced up for me to collect a Q3 instead of a S3!! (The reg was different by 1 letter, M instead of N!) To be fair to them, they matched the price and generated new forms with the correct car, but this put back collection by a little while.

Then… I asked to be picked up from the train station (2 miles away from the dealer) at a specific time. 40 minutes after that time they decided to come and get me (I had to remind them!)

After I finally got there, almost an hour later than I wanted to be there, the person doing the handover had JUST taken a customer so I had to wait even longer to get the keys!

I was finally in the hot seat to get my keys, excited was an understatement!! But… The car needed fuel, so I had to drive it to the fuel station (wasn’t too bad as I got to drive) and back to fill it up.

The handover went quite smoothly after this (probably because I didn’t have a part ex and sold privately). Drove it home, massive smile on my face, I thought it would all be over…

A little time later I came across some more issues which needed fixing… I asked for the matching keyring (which was agreed to) and I didn’t get this until over a month after I collected the car! There was no tool kit in the car, locking wheel nut, jack etc, had to order one of those and finally, no handbook, had to order one of those too!! When I came back to collect it all the ‘fuel fairy’ came so that was nice of them.

Overall, I am still really not happy! It was a disaster start to finish… It may be only small things that went wrong but all together really doesn’t give a good experience when spending a F*****G FORTUNE on a car!!

Don’t go there… Go to the Warrington branch, they were lovely and after I didn’t buy from them (due to price of the cars they had) they asked me to come in and show them my car… Now that is the customer service you expect when getting an Audi, they care AFTER you bought the car, not just before!!!

    Hope that helps people :)

    Pros - Its near me
Cons - The coffee is ok
If you thought the sales experience was bad try the after sales !

Dealing with the service department and the service manager, and chief technician is very difficult unless you just nod like a nodding dog and hand over your money.

I wouldnt mind if all I had to do was hand over money and get a decent job done with no drama. There is always drama, well they are in spitting distance of the theatre of dreams so what do you expect...its just a shame their outfit isnt run in a more professional, less arrogant and rude way.

Its been a catologue of errors, Im giving up on them now, which is a shame as its a 20 minute walk from my house.

    "Terrible sales experience"
I arranged a test drive last week with a salesman called Dave, no surname provided. He called me on Monday to confirm an appointment for Wednesday at 2 to test drive a Q7, well I knew I wanted to test drive a Q7, he seemed to have forgotten what I wanted and what I drove now all though this had all been discussed previously.

So we confirmed everything again and I went into the dealership early on Wednesday afternoon, let reception know I was here to see "Dave" and to drive a Q7, they didn't know which Dave it was as they had a few. So I had a chat with service regarding my A2 and waited.

At 2:05 Dave came over and said he was busy with a customer and what was I there for, I explained it was for the Q7 as we had agreed twice already, he said the car wasn't ready and did I really want to drive the car. I said yes, that is why I had booked a test drive. What was this idiot thinking?

Anyway he offered to bring the car to my office later that day, I said yes ok, but really in my head I'd already decided this knob wasn't getting my business. He had absolutely zero interest in my requirements or business. So that is a £70k sale lost to Jardine because of an incompetent salesman who could not care less.

The guy that greets you at reception is off his nuts! Absolute legend! A* for customer service.
Had my cam-belts, water pump etc done at Manchester Audi, had the car done and back to me within a day, always got what I required.
Always had my car serviced here (for the time that I have owned it)
