You should do a block/gas test prior to purchase.
Use a testing kit to draw/sniff the gas in the coolant tank. If co2 is present the tester liquid will change colour.
If there is an amount of co2 in the coolant tank you may have an issue.
Take the car for an extended drive then test...

If the cam belt has stretched a little, the cam/injector timing will be out. This will cause a poor start, without fault codes.
If the belt has been changed without using the correct crank tool and cam pins, the timing references will be from the old belt.

Worth doing a block test. Use a testing kit to check the co2 on the coolant. This will confirm if head is cracked.
The ones I have seen, crack in the exhaust port.

No the offset is too low.
The ideal CH is the 8x18 ET50 CH025 or the 8x19 ET50 CH026.
Other options are the CK014 8x18 ET44.
Watch out for replica BBS CH wheels as the 18" is often copied.

Not a great fan of powder coated wheels. Lots of reasons, here are a few.
The powder coat tends to be too thick and when bolts, caps are fitted it cracks the powder coat.
The hot brake dust lands and melts into the coating.

The part number confirms these are from a A5 the spec is
8.5x19 ET29.
As correctly suggested above the spigot ring size will be too large @66mm and the offset will be too low.
