A3 1.4 tfsi2008 Sline Engine replacement
Timing chain has slipped, wrecking the engine, my son has only done 5000 miles since he bought the car, came with a stamped service book, but now it seems that the garage who supposedly carried out the servicing have no evidence of the car being serviced there- Lucky Nahal

Hi Looking for some guidance on a replacement engine. My engine code is CAXC, would I have to get an exact match ? as there does not seem to be too many of these around, Would I be able to use a CAXE code engine? with or without modifications needed. would appreciate any help- Lucky Nahal
