Hello. When i replaced my headlight bulbs i removed the whole cluster. There is 3 torx head on the top (the easy ones) and one at the back of the cluster (extension needed) To ensure you get the lights aligned when refitting i suggest you mark up the position of the screws before you start.

It might be worth trying other Audi dealers in your area. I know Staffords Audi Franchise dealer is offering a cambelt including tensioner on the V6 for £395 +vat They are advertising it on ebay.
