Quantum synta would be fine for this engine.

You can adjust the door frame correctly by removing the door card. Then loosen the 4x torx bolts on the window frame, then adjust the position of the frame in the door. When it is very bad you can adjust the striker place in the b post as well. Hope this helps......

I have a spare S4 dash, it had the usual faulty dis but it worked, you will need to recode it but at least you will be mobile again.

Sounds like main TDI pump is faulty. You don`t have a fuel pump as such in the tank of the 2.5, all is does is draw the fuel into the central unit in tank. It does not provide pressure to the fuel lines. Any air in the fuel lines when it is running?
