Different thing, test drives and meets are different things and I'm just going off @veeeights comments about the other German marques. Models I'd be looking at would be comparable up to £50k or so anyways. Never expected to be driving them alone, Stafford and Stoke were alone and were great...

I do need to try Porsche and Merc. I brought my S3 circa £40,000 off the back of a Audi Sport Showcase so they do work.

Well said, could not agree with you more!

It's a feedback thread and I'm feeding back comments fed to me by other members, naming no names. My thoughts as well I.E. checking of cars is good advice, applies to any test drive really.
