sounds good pal. i used to own an a3 1.8t sport but it was riddled with faults, but it was real good to drive, so comfy haha! think im deffo swaying towards s3 exhaust and a map. should be safe reliable power right?

Think im deffo gonna be looking at these. its pretty much an s3 or mk1 octy vrs. but mapped up and exhaust etc on the vrs sees 215. which is near enough what the s3 are standard.

not so much worried about it....just wondered what you get really

well atm i drive a gti-6 haha but its been quite good to me to be fair. renault has major running and servicing costs that i think would be a bit too exspensive for me tbf. what are the s3's like on fuel just out of curiosity?

im not having much luck!! my alarm/hazards are going off every time i lock the car up. i lock the car wait a minute if that then all i get is flashing indicators for the next however long! is there a fuse of something i can take out to stop it? ive tried the b pillar sensor, but no luck. im at...

yeah looking into it mate, been up to the car today, sorted coolant level out and started it up. no warning lights, but my fans didnt work, even with the blowers on in the car.....car runs fine, drive ok, so not got a clue....****** wierdo german thing!

tbh mate, in the service book it says 104 thou. but my clocks have been tampered with and the engines on 200 thousand....previous owner sold it me saying it had only done 120k :(

possibly. my top rad hose was very hard if thats of any use?! just remembered.

well i must be cursed!! had the car at c and r enterprises the other day to have my car vcds read....came back with a few fault codes and had the throttle reset. no other major codes realy. but taking the car home it felt like a new car, boosting right, not sluggish at all, nice and smooth...

found that mate and had a look, is there anything inside that cap? like a plastic rod or anything that sits in the hole? ive put it pack on and the speedo still doesnt work....will get a picture late to post up as ive got to get some things sorted out atm.

its just someone else posted some thing about it beind digital so wondered if it was the right sensor. i guess its gotta be in the bay somewhere right?? lol Again thanks for all the replys!!
