Optimum No Rinse (ONR) acts as 3 things. I use it as a clay lube; great value and superb in IMO.

Check out Tuf Shine. A bit of prep is needed but it lasts months.

I've always used Clearkote Quikshine which is excellent. FK425 & Pinnacle Crystal Mist are good too. I've just acquired some Z6 so see how that goes. TBH as a 9/10 QD I'd go for some Clearkote QS. You can buy it in concentrated form which works out cheaper. ;-)

Thanks for the reply guys. I am using it with the handle but I didnt get much correction. I was using Menz 203S, well thats what it said on the end of the bottle but after reading a few other posts elsewhere I believe Menzerna have labelled some bottles incorrecty. Could anybody confirm this ?

Had a go yesterday and would anybody agree its not the easiet piece of kit to control ? A lot of constant use and your hands dont feel too good.. Comments/help appreciated. Thanks

I have Akoya Silver and one of the best ways to do this is via a DA Polisher i.e. Megs G220 or via a rotary polisher which is better than DA. For german paint I'd recommend Menzerna. Superb stuff. HTH

Hi Rich You recommend Lake pads to do Audi's but looking at their spec it says not suitable for hard paint. Isnt Audi paint hard ? Thanks

By far the best QD is Clearkote Quikshine. It comes from the USA in concentrated 3.78L bottle. I know it isnt 5L but the quality of this is superb, not to mention the shine afterwards. Just try it on glass ! I've used over 20 QD's and this one gets 10/10. As a budget buy, and as Jd says, Megs...

I have the Karcher 7.85M. It is superb. The hose even retracts onto the unit itself. Although a bit more than what you wanted to spend at least it is serviceable. Cheers
