I have found autoglym glass polish to be about the best. Wipe it on, let it dry, buff it off. If you're using it on a damp day then warm the car up first otherwise the polish doesn't dry and it takes ages to get it off.

Depends what wheels you have, if its the ones in your picture then it looks like you should be able to get your hands in to clean them. If you have Avus then it's going to be a bit harder. If you keep on top of it then just a wipe with wheel cleaner and rinse will do the trick but thats still...

Well mate, if your wheels are already cleanish (and car - no kitty prints on the bonnet please ) then easy. What I do is spray the wheel with a bit of swissol wheel cleaner and wipe clean and dry with a micro fibre cloth then buff with a clean dry towel. 5 mins job done.
