I had this but it wasn't moving around to quite the same degree. I fitted a PCV delete but this didn't solve it so I fitted a GFB DV+ and this did solve it so it could be worth doing the same or fitting the latest rev standard item

Did it just do it once or is it repeatable?? Might be worth checking everything is tight still and hasn't moved at all... and a video might help if it's still doing it.

I had to have new Calipers both sides on the rear of my S3 a few months ago when I replaced the discs and pads all around due to seizing pistons in the calipers

Personally I would go with APR because of all the experience that they have with Audi, you may well get a good map from the local guy and it may be fast but it might not be running as safely within the working parameters of the car like the APR would.

I would say if your already on the edge of clutch slip not really, the only reason for the improved map is for more power and torque and that will slip the clutch even easier...

Yeah the remap makes a huge diffeeence, it doesn't make it feel like a different car but there is just more of everything everywhere basically...

Haha mine was fairly standard power wise just the standard 320/310 but it was short geared so really went... I think my stage 2 S3 is probably quicker from 60-70 on than the impreze but it doesn't feel it really...

Yeah the S3 feels pretty numb in comparison, as you say they are such raw machines though... Hardly any sound proofing etc... Mine was on a fast road setup of coilovers as well it held the road so well, you can literally feel them extracting grip from the road.. Thats the main difference...
Fiesta 1.1 lx
Mondeo 2.0 petrol
Fiesta ST (when the modding bug started)
Ep3 type R
Focus ST (still miss the sound)
Impreza STi WR1
And then the S3

Well it ended up being pagid discs and pads fitted all around and two new rear calipers that were both seized... £670 all in!
