Panic over.. just discovered that the bottom pulley is elliptical to reduce stress on the cambelt and increase service intervals... Everydays a school day eh..

So, I've just changed the cambelt and noticed that the bottom toothed sprocket is not running true when you turn the engine over. The larger Polly v belt damper that bolts to it does run true thou.. I've tried to take a video of it, this doesn't look right to me at all... Can anybody confirm...
