High Grade Carbon Fibre - Door Trims - £350.
I have a set of door trims for 3 door 8P's that have been professionally skinned/refinished by C6 Carbon in a high grade of Carbon Fibre. These have never been fitted to a car & are brand new. Please don't get these confused for the cheaper method of...
Carbon Fibre Door Trims - £350.
Just had these done again by C6 Carbon. Brand new & never fitted.
Have a look through my thread to see how great they are
The car officially went tonight & it prompted me to pop on here to see what's been going on. As always thanks for the kind comments guys :sunglasses: Insurance can be a joke but definitely going to take a look at green light!
I've only just turned 20 years old lads with 3 points & as of next month two years no claims now so I can't moan too much about it being stupidly high. It'd be nice to have something like a V8 but the insurance isn't justifiable and I can't complain about what I've got :)
It's going to be a whole load less as 1.) I'm another year older with another years no claims & 2.) It won't be modified which will knock off a huge amount. When I got the S3, I was 19 with 3 points and one year NCB so it was a lot higher than yours :(
Thanks lads! Will still check back at everyones builds. Gonna miss the car
It does indeed buddy. They pop and bang like nothing. Funny you say that, I looked at MK3 TT RS's & E92 M3's before putting my money down on the MK3 TT-S but got hit with £7000 insurance on the RS & £9000 on the M3.
Ordered a 2015 - TT S buddy. Nothing of a secret, won't be anything like this :)
New car comes by Mid August so need it all gone haha. Keep in contact buddy & thanks for the good luck
The engine cover sold a couple days ago buddy. The dynavin is still for sale, i will PM you my number.
It's already being broken buddy & certain bits have been sold. I hope for it to be mostly gone within 6-7 weeks time when the new car comes. DM me if you want any parts :) thanks for the...
As of later last week, I've made a decision to break the S3. Somebody offered me good money for the car and it made me reflect on the car & how much money and time I put into it., I think i've hit a point where I'm just spending money trying to re-coupe my love for it all & that's when it's time...
I'm just a normal office monkey  There's a lot of money on repairs etc that has been spent that I wish would never of had to of been spent but that's life. Thanks for the kind words though!
Hi buddy. They are 19 x 8.5 ET 40 all round. You will struggle with the rear unless on air suspension with stupid stretch which isn't good for a performance car.
The brake kit is really good. It should be for sale soon due to a decision to take a step back from the car modifying :)
Novak Kustoms would be the closest to you from what I can recall. I would honestly stick with V2 management due to how simple it is & it's a lot cheaper. It does exactly the same thing bar the ride height levelling but it's not something I think you'd notice. I couldn't advise on fitting prices...
I have had an Audi A1 bagged & currently own an S3 8P that is also bagged. It really is down to the kit you buy & the person who installs it. Where are you based and I can reccomend an installer?
Management: Airlift V2 or Accuair
I'd stay away from the cheaper manual/paddle managemets - they...
VagBremTechnic Big Brake Kit:
Recently decided it was time to upgrade my brakes & set to doing some research. After a while I came across a review of the Vag Brem Technic big brake kit for MK5 platform cars. I've got to admit it was hard getting hold of somebody who sold them but Alex Kerr at...
In person the car looks so much better on them buddy. Always feels weird when people talk about them like that, they're all just normal sound guys :grinning: LXRDS is basically a sticker that got made by the guy who runs dapper because he got fed up of people running the fake dapper stickers so...
I'd looked at PB brakes myself & after digging deeper and reading some horror stories decided not to. I think with brakes you will have to make the choice between best price or best performance.
