If they are the same im sure it will be okay, i know that 8p s3 are about 265hp standard and they newer models are closer to 300hp. The newer models could very well have new clutches to deal with the added power.

Are you currently running a stage 1 with the standard clutch? Does it seem to handle it okay? I dont know much but all the audi s range are 4 wheel drive and i imagine the clutches cant be much different from a non S range quattro. Thats just my thinking though and could be totally wrong.
