Thanks mate. Yes, as much as I loved the RS3, this has blown me away. Such a competent car, especially now with the 4wd. I’ll always miss the RS, had some great times in it, but the M5 is mindblowingly quick.

Agreed, @terminator x , drove one and heard one today up close. Sound amazing, on par with RS3, but a bit more fuller sound.

After being to my local Bmw dealer, I have left there very tempted by a new M5. Bmw are doing some fantastic deals on them right now as many people are wary on buying due to the uncertainty within the motor industry right now. A facelift is due mid next year, but what a motor. Puts the RS to bed...

Scuffed the proverbial the other day. One pack of wet and dry from e-bay later and the wheel looks as good as new. Just waiting on some laquer to come to finish the job. Pretty chuffed with the results.
