well the blue and red (short cable) is from the steering control module and the other end goes into a back of the ignition barrel aka transponder loop and the other plug goes to the dials/cluster! This is why i am thinking that the car wont de immobilise!

You need to clean up all of that oil........ It will be working as a lubrication along with the vibrations which is why your bolts are working loose and falling right out! Once it's clean, you really wanna be checking to see where all that oils coming from too
