Hasanyone ever done an ac delete using a smaller belt on the 1.9 pd avf engine if so could you please tell me the size of the belt. My compressor pully fell to bits today driving along lucky I was only going 25mph thanks in advance guys
Hey guys. so my engine change has went well 2000 miles in. :-) but...... My turbo cuts out at about 65-80 mph at 2500-3000 rpm. New vac pipes.. New egr.. New n75... Cleaned turbo vanes with mr muscule. Im lost now help please guys
I've replaced my egr valve.. 1.9 130 pd avf engine.... But the turbo pipe will not fit back in so got a new silicon replacement elbow with metal coupling direct from audi and still that will not fit car has been on and off the road for months now please guys any ideas will be much appreciated...

I'm getting fault code 19464.
I had timing issues where the serpentine belt snapped and shredded. Went all in about the timing belt. I reset timing new pump new belt kit. All was well pressure and leak down tests were all good. Happy days.

Every time i plug anything in to the cigerette lighter socket. I loose radio signal. Doors wont lock properly. Alarm wont arm. Windows don't work properly. Does anyone know anything about this? If I unplug it all works fine.
Iv got a funky metallic knocking noise when I'm in the wrong gear and the revs at dropping? Not sure if this may be pinking or near detonation but some input would be good guys.

New here guys. Just noticed ive got about 10 to 15 mm of oil over the full mark on the dip stick. engine cold and on a flat surface. What do I do? Not noticed anything out of sort and done bout 200 miles since oil change.
