My 2p worth...Having come from an 2.0 150BHP A3 S line TDI to a 310BHP FL S3, second thing you notice about the S3 is how thirsty it is (the first is how f*****g fast it is!). I did a 200 mile motorway journey at ~ 80mph to pick up the S3 in the TDI at an ave of 55mpg and the same return...
