I've just removed the inlet manifold to change the water pump there's steel dlaps fitted inside the inlet ports which I've removed to clean because of the carbon build up I was wondering when you refit them do they angle down or up

came to start my car wouldn't start scanned with vcds came up with the cam sensor so changed both cam and crank sensor
tried to start the car and smells to be flooding remove plugs and black with carbon tested the plugs and coils all good sparking nicely went into vcds and the log looks ok no...
Started the car after being stood for a couple of days and the engine starts tapping replaced the chain tensioner and cambelt pump and idle pulley gates kit the tapping is quieter but still noticeable any help would be appreciated cars bam code 89000

You need to do smoke test for boost leaks if the ecu senses a leak it cuts the boost mine was doing it the tunner i used altered the map so the ecu couldn't see the boost drop trying running it for a day with the maf disconnected it will throw a error for your traction control but i bet it...
