They are saying they have proved its good by getting a separate garage to scan it and to try and fix it! Ill send them a letter tomorrow and I'll put a few quotes from the sale of goods act in. I dont think its going to be easy getting my money back. Thank you for the help

Yeah and it didnt find anything which was annoying! The actuator rod seems to move nicely so I don't think the veins are sticking. It is strange that once it is boosting it is fine
