Tried to use the iPhone ami feature on the S3 the other night and just said not connected when plugged it in?
So bought another cable and still says the same thing, it does however charge the phone.
Any ideas? Or a how to of where I'm going wrong?
As title suggests, can anyone recommend a good mobile valeter in Spalding, Peterborough area?
Enjoy detailing the car myself, but cant budge the slight swirl marks that have been on the car since bought it.
Looking to get some wheel spacers to get the wheels filling up the arches better, with view of lowering springs in near future.
Have read H&R are the way to go? Where is the best place to get a full set and locking wheel bolts?
Will 12mm rear and 10mm front be best way to go on stock 2010 S3...
Get it booked in, if you say the problem occurred afterwards they will have a look for free and then depending on their decision after that as to wether they cover costs or you do i guess.
Took the car to them, they then called stating the noise was coming from inside cambelt casing and that they would suggest changing belt, tensioners and water pump, collected it after and all was fine!
Funny you should say this as it has gotten rid of the rattle but does now seem to make a almost nocking "bassy" noise on idle which wasn't there before, may however be me trying to create problems!
Most people use a RS3 grill, there is a group buy that i think is still going on, although think it does have to be butchered a bit to fit the pre facelift!
The milltek is around £650 but will then need connector from 3" to 2.5" to fit to standard exhaust, is the bcs one 3"?
Thought it was just the down pipe and sports cat as the standard cat back isn't very restrictive, is 2.5" however so may be wrong?
Apologise firstly if this has been covered in another thread...
Looking for downpipe and sports cat to connect to original exhaust so can go stage 2+ along with intake and pump.
Have read that the milltek is a different diameter so may not mate up correctly?
Want to keep the standard cat back...
Just for reference if anyone else ever has same problem, it turned out to be the cambelt tensioner so replaced everything as would need doing toward end of this year anyway.
