Garage I've just dropped my car off at for the Haldex oil change said they don't touch the rear diff just the Haldex oil. I thought they drained it all and topped up seperatly? Is it all supposed to be changed during the service oil just the Haldex oil. Really confused as I've heard horror...

Today after some heavy rain I have noticed the carpet and matt are soaking. No water in the front or passenger side rear and all the rubber seals look fine. The rear wiper is working fine. Anyone else had this issue know what it's likely to be? The cars a 2010 sportback. Thanks, Nick.
