well... thought ****** it and got the old girl terra cleaned yesterday! less black smoke coming out the back! seems more responsive but will wait and see if I get any more mpgs! not that expensive £108 all in! thinking if it helps the engine, got to be worth it!

If they are the same as mine, you can pull them from the bottom of the surroundings and they will lift up - just check underneath to see if there are some holding pins :)

Do you know if there is anyone in the south west (Devon) that would fit one and programme it! If I went near it - nothing would work lol! Looked on eBay and there is a bloke in Kent that supplies parts/ fits and codes for £60 but he's a little far for me as I live in Plymouth

Cheers guys, will do that one I get home! Just down at the garage and the problem was the brake light switch circuit! So that's being changed And there still fixing the air bag light as we speak! They think the problem is that someone has done a badge job on the cables under the drivers seat...

No idea bud, will get it checked tomorrow and let you know! I've been thinking that I don't really want to have to fork out every time a light comes on that I have to take it to the garage, can any of you guys recommend a good VAG scanning device?? , dont really want to spend over £50 on one...

Does the esp light need to be on to be able to read the code, thinking this as when I had turbo issues every time you turned off the car it reset it's self
