Hi there,
I have a couple of minor body repairs I need done and was wondering if anyone had used Chips Away around the Glagow area. I am going to phone for a quote but was wondering if they were any good?
cheers in advance

Hi,
I have just put new tyres on the front of my S3 for the first time, normally I would get the wheel aligment done too. Do I have to get a 4 wheel drive one
done as I have Quattro?
If so what is the benefit?
Also does anyone know where I can get this done in the Glasgow area...
I pass this car every day on the way to work and in person I think they look really good, Although I did really like your old ones too.
How do you find the ride now? has it been Seriously compromised?
I filled up at Burnside Shell which was £1.01.9 a litre
Pipeline card! thats a joke, they sent me a mail the other day about the London Oliympics logo. Who gives a toss, just get us the discounted card! Only been waiting for about 2 years.
As the title suggests can anyone confirm the exact size of the torx screw size. The set I have is either too big or too small. I think it was the TS25 was too small and TS27 was too big. can you get a TS26? if so I cant seem to find this size on the web when searching.
cheers in advance...
I agree, I dont think i have seen any without extra's.
Guess I will just need to hold of that bit longer then, I know what i'm like though, the first one I see within my price range I will probably end up buying even though it may be orange with wheel trims.
Not wanting to be pesamistic and talk about S3's loosing their value but I am keen to get my hands on a new model S3 ASAP but only have a budget of between 20 -22k.
What are peoples views on here about how much they will be worth after a year or so? The cheapest I have seen so far was one...
Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to replace the Xenon bulb? I have changed the side lights and the full beam before with some difficulty in the past as the black plastic covers just wont come out. How is it the bulb is removed? Do I turn the red plastic bit in a certain direction? I have tried...
I have an Ecotec valvue fitted, I had it when i had my 1.8t sport and it def helped the fuel consumpsion there but I'm not sure with my S3 as i fitted it straight away. If it does work Its not as good as it was on my old A3 as I am now only getting 25-28mpg.
I may turn if to the off...
I can see the road fine thanks Chris, its just I notice other cars such as BMW's Merc's and Range Rovers with much brighter Xenons that look really good. They look much better than the standard ones you get on an S3.
As the title suggests I am thinking of upgading my Xenon bulbs.
Is there a noticable difference?
Aswell as the colour change is the visiblity enhanced?
I'm just wondering if the £70 output for them is worth it.
cheers
Alec
