    Thanks for the quick response Rich. All I could hear was the driving rain. It's cleared up now so I will be heading out to take a look. I'll listen for the fuel pump.

    A4 1.8T just died last night...

    Hi y'all, 120k miles on this sweet car. Driving home from work last night in the rain. After 1.5 miles it just quit. I coasted into a parking lot and there it sits. Battery is good, engine turns over but that's all. Any suggestions as to what might be the trouble?
