    Torquing cam bolts on 1.9 tdi

    Recently been doing the headgasket and noticed when I nipped the bolts up I could no longer crank the engine over by hand? I've read around and heard 20nm plus 90 degrees can anyone clarify this? It just feels so loose!

    1.9 tdi egr insufficient flow

    Just wondering if anybody could give and advice, I had a management light on and it was the above fault so I replaced the egr but to no avail? Could it be the motor part? Vacuum lines look ok too Cheers
