They're off a late model MK4/LCR/R32 etc etc. I decided to go with VAG wipers and they've made a massive difference over the aftermarket Bosch ones that were on there before. I haven't noticed any issues at all with the 'speed lift' that Jojo mentioned.

I got some refurbed ones from Euros last year. The first set were rubbish and went back. The second set were fine and turned out to be VAG ones anyway. Think they were £45ish a side.

Bit of both really. They look a hundred times better (in my opinion [emoji6]) But more importantly they are less visible from inside the cabin and they take genuine aero wipers. [emoji106] I'm sure there's other things...[emoji57]

Simple one this one... I've just picked up some MK4 aero wiper arms and need some new blades. I've had retro fit Bosch aero blades on the S3 until now but they've always seemed a little 'streaky' for me. Has anyone got any particularly strong suggestions in which blades are best? Cheers...

Each to their own... I just didn't like the idea of pushing metal clips into the relatively soft window runners.

The link doesn't seem to be working for me but the pads sit at the top and bottom of the spring. I figured it made sense to have all of the parts ready as I took them apart. As it happened, one side completely fell apart even though it looked pretty tidy beforehand. A no brainer really when...

I didn't bother putting the metal clips in. Mine haven't budged since.

I've have the tie bars put on the bottom and I still can't get the rear O/S wheel within tolerance for toe...[emoji17] I'm pretty sure there is some extra adjustment left in the trailing arm mounts. So that'll be the next place to check...

I put a pro kit on mine a few months back. I ordered brand new upper and lower pads from TPS and put the additional pads in that came with the set. Definitely worth doing!
