I read lof thing about the steering controle module and the MFSW but i didn't find my answer...
I'have an A3 8P 2007 with slip ring type 2.
Every body says that the ref of the steering controle module must be 8P0953549F.
But I would like to khow if the 8P0953549E is compatible...

If you are really sure about your product do you garantee the swiper motor of your customers?

In a few message you will try to sell your product as you made on multiple forum! The ONLY way to not burn our swipers is HID relay! And it's wrong, the interference dosn't spread by air but by wire! Strop trying to sold your F*** product...
Personnaly, HID Relay works perfectly on my A3 with...
To use HID kit on ours A3, you have to setup this (i don't know the word in english sorry, in french "Kit de suralimentation")
Your HID kit is directly plug to your battery and there is no risk to damage your wipers :)
Soooo ..... Don't ask me when or where ... But ... It's now Ok !!! I try a few thing with VCDS and my light and wipers work fine!!

Yes i change my switch for a new one with Auto Position (Facelift model with Cominghome).
With VCDS in measuring block I checked the switch and all seems ok with the different position (the car see the Auto position)
When I put 0, light is off.

I've just made this retrofit but I have a problem.
I have only halogen on my A3 2007.
My Rain/Light Sensor seems to work (Check on measuring block 8) and my switch light seems to work to (check measuring block and the different position work (0/Auto/...)).
