The Euro buyers are the test pilots for all these cars by the time we get them in Australia they usually have all the glitches sorted out but off course we do pay a hefty premium for these cars here aTTS will be around $ 105,000 + on roads
Here in Australian the TTS will be around $30,000 dearer than the S3 Sportback having the same engine gearbox , very similar performance only slightly bettered by less weight in the TTS why pay all the extra $$$$ for a two seat coupe
I Have not read all the previous post however APR here in Australia just posted figures for the Golf R and these should be around the same for the S3 , what do you guys think 283 KW and 523 nm

Clearly you have brought the wrong car for the intended expectations in your mind and that of your pocket , The S3 for the price and as a all round fast fun car is a 8
out of 10 , as a everyday daily .
If you want a car with real soul and RWD get one of these
I clearly know which one i...
Scary as a Golf R buyer i would ask for a please Explain to VW , and quickly go get new wheels , doubt if this is a one off scenario low grade materials design fault etc etc
Both cars may have tough competition with the upcoming ......Honda S 2000 Mid mounted RWD On looks alone its a winner .
And for around the same/ similar money its worth considering .
Anyone here know what PSI Boost does the S3 put out i know the A 45 Mercedes is on a hair raising 22 PSI
hence the engine warranty is at 3 years 70,000km only
