Hi since I've upgraded to Phillips bulbs, my headlights don't seem as strong as they used to be with standard bulbs and also have a funny pattern. I struggled to fit them and can only assume I fittted them wrong ? Please help

I'm not sure I don't have anything against the 1.8T Quattro but they are really rare now, and so I will struggle to find another decent one I imagine, and after what ive gone through with this one, I just want rid of it to be honest. will have to see how things unfold in the coming weeks

Hi all since ive had my 1.8T Quattro its taken a while to warm up and sometimes it will even cool itself down when crusing on the motorway etc, So I got a new thermostat changed by a friend and he said there was some evidence of it letting coolant though when cold but now its done, it still...

Bumping this rather then making a new thread, I've got the same problem, about 10 miles to warm up and if cruising then the temp will drop to about 70-80. Had the thermostat changed today but no improvement :/ ? Thanks all

Thankyou guys the way I look at it, the money they go for 4-5k vs similar spec 2.0T the difference, possibly a few thousand will pay to take a few less mpg overall, I don't do many miles so shouldn't be too much an issue, they sound lovely.. Just gotta get saving :0
