Do you get any cables for connecting your phone up to the MMI (via the USB sockets) with the FL SB? I'm sure when I got my 14 plate, they gave me some cables which worked with the then Audio Music Interface. I have a OnePlus 3T so charger/USB socket is USB-C.

Give them a nudge via Facebook, always very good on there. Or ask your dealer to chase it up. Should be able to tell you what's going on.

Think my tracking has got stuck as I've been on Status 40 now for a week. However, dealer has just emailed to say car has arrived with them!! :rockwoot:

Same. Moved to 38 (at the top, nothing in history) this morning after 5 days at status 30. Wonder what the chances are of getting on Weser Highway that has docked this morning haha!?

Spoke to Audi CS yesterday as mine had been at QC for a while. Apparently it was still at the build stage. Can take up to 2 week's apparently. However, checked the tracker this morning and it's now moved to In Transit!

Looks like the tracker has had an update - different look. Still sat in QC also, (patiently!) awaiting transit!

Does the tracker normally jump a few steps in front? Build is supposed to start today, yet I'm at the QC stage already!? Also, what's the difference between order status under the order number on the JSON feed and the order status in the order history? IE order status under the order number...

My car was due to start production on Monday like many others, but I've checked the tracker this morning and it's now at the paint shop.

Finally my order has gone live and I'm able to track it. It says the order date was the 11th July, yet I did the deal with Audi on 30th July and the order was placed on the 31st July. Build date says 21st August which seems super quick compared to a lot of other builds on here. Have I been...
