    After having picked up my 2012 A4 Avant at the weekend, I noticed there was not a wallet containing handbook etc. Dealer has sent me a pack but it contains an owners handbook dated 11/2010 and it included a booklet for DVD Navigation which the car has not got! Is there a newer one? The handbook...
