I have a confirmed build week of 18 with delivery mid May and confirmed still as estoril. Ordered though in October.

I'd say the sline suspension feels half way between magnetic ride's comfort and sport settings. Very much a personal choice but for me the sline suspension felt too firm and jiggly on our roads. Mag ride on comfort mode is I suspect more akin to the sport/non sline suspension....

I have it on my TT and think it is worth it. Test drove the A3 with sline suspension and thought the ride was definitely harsher than in my TT in comfort setting. It is quite a pricey add on but for me, I would spec it again.

I test drove the new a3 with s line suspension to compare it with my current TT which has mag ride. I didn't like the s line suspension by comparison....it is quite a lot less forgiving and "jiggly" in comparison with the TT/mag ride set in non sport mode. Personally I'll be speccing it again...

Not sure on the comparison. I've been driving a TT for 3 yrs with magnetic ride and I am a fan of it. There is a big difference between "comfort" and "sport" settings. If the new S3 with standard setup was comparable to the TT on "sport" mode, I would definitely spec it again, as "sport" mode...

How are you finding the ride quality of the s3 compared to the old one? I'm still to decide whether to spec magnetic ride for a softer/firmer option setup but curious to hear if people are finding the new s3 compliant or otherwise on uk roads with the standard setup....

Interesting quote in this week's autocar review of the S3 sportback: "Its emissions are not criminally high and although 40.4mpg is hopelessly optimistic (we averaged around 26mpg), the car is relatively cheap to run considering its potential performance" Has anyone got real world experience...

Definitely Ali inlays for me.... Those look like different seats again - cream/super sport combo? Don't think that's an option in the Uk.
