What's your oil temp like? Mine doesn't seem to reach temp. If it is an apu the temp sensor is built into the oil level sensor and is pretty expensive. That is if you can find the part number. Etka gives the number for a sensor that plugs into the oil cooler but this will not fit. Been running...
My guess is if its a jaspis green 1.8t then the engine code is APU. Thermostat will definately need changing as you will be using more fuel than normal.
I have an older sony head unit that I used to have in the corrado.
In the front I have some ex display fli component speakers @ £10
Rears are edge components from halfords on offer @ £15
Kenwood 350w amp @ 99p from eBay
Sub was £25
I had no cd multichanger had to remove the holder for it and...
I believe the rear speakers run from the amp built into the sub.
Is the sub plugged in? If you check in the cubbyhole on the drivers side you should see the plug.
I unplugged mine when I fitted my aftermarket sub and soon found out the rear door speakers didn't work.
This is mine
Would have been better with a ten inch sub just because space is pretty tight.
I removed all the gubbins in that cupboard then built the box.
I have taken some pictures of this pipe. It looks as though it comes from behind the wheel well liner and it runs about two feet towards the back of the car to nothing?
Hi my 2000 1.8t apu has aquired a strange gurgling noise.
It is coming from a pipe that ends under the car on the drivers side, probably under the drivers seat area.
This pipe doesn't seem to go to anything and when I place my finger over the end my finger gets sucked onto the pipe and the...
I now believe it to be relay . While driving today when it happened I tapped the area around the hazard button and the indicator started working. I still had to do this every time I indicated though which is a bit of a pain.
Will scan it when I have more time.
In the last couple of days the indicators have developed a fault.
When I indicate (either way) it will blink three then stop. That's with the stalk still in the indicate position. I am having to flick it off and on again where it will do the same.
Will this be a relay issue or is the fault...
You should check these out. At £8 they may be a damn sight cheaper than replacing the shock and springs.

Just seen these shims. May be a bit cheaper to use these than new springs .

The one specifically for our car is k03-029. You could upgrade to a k04-015. Which is a straight swap but I would recommend putting new oil feed on too.
