I was unable to find a solution myself so I took it to an Audi dealer and they re-activated it for me. I believe it’s just a case of plugging in a laptop and enabling it. I dont know why this isn't enabled as default seems silly to me!

So do you need to run your own wires to fog lights or are there connectors behind the bumper? Also does the bumper have to be removed from car to fit them?
