Hi, Just looking at the photos on the first page as unfortunately cannot get to the car at the moment, must be being thick but cannot see the plastic carrier to remove. Any pointers, sorry for being slow on the uptake

Hi firstly another big thanks to VagPro. My partners car is showing the same symptoms as VagPro explained earlier in the thread. Although time and light were against me the detailed guide enabled me to quickly get to the motor. Now although I have little mechanical knowledge electric motors...
