a k&n air filter isn't exactly dripping with oil even if it had a little in the air being sucked through it would dry it out plus even if there was oil in filter it wouldn't be enough to cause damage like a said they don't come dripping in oil even a little would only stick to induction pipes...
I bought a k&N panel filter for my 1.8t and give it a more beefy noise nothing ott though think mine was £38 brand new off ebay felt fitter and a tad quicker aswell as turbod cars work better with filters more than non turbo cars deffo worth investing in
same problem with my arches no damage or rust but if ya go up close ya can see bubbles of rust and it looks like the wings have been sprayed before the cars 9 year old so basically its went thru 2 wings in 9 years what are they spraying the wings with fizzy cans and touch up paint?
I done mine black (am in the wrong place as I have an a4 lol) but yeah imo blacks better more modern looking also depends on car colour and if theres anymore black on the car. a light black headlight film with black audi rings could set the front end off
nice s3!!!^^^
a bad worker blames his tools. ive always went by that motto. if the sponge and shammy is clean this equals clean car I can see where your coming from and don't wanna sound like im arguing with you (: I only clean cars at work how im instructed too ie sponge and pressure wash if I got paid more...
how else can ya wash a dirty car before ya detail it though?? all ya can use is a bucket and sponge bearing in mind they are clean. the good old bucket and sponge is the best way followed by a shammy off. we treat our cars with tfr and fallout remover and wheel acid the wheels ect audi work very...
^^^ audi wont do a "nasty wash" I worked in a bmw showroom all cars that are delivered old or new get a full valet including a polish his being a brand new car will of been treated with TFR new cars arrive in really bad condition as these cars aren't made in the uk so during transportation on...

I valet for bmw and imo its like that because its a brand new car I work on old and new cars brand new ones are obviously gonna have the effect your talking about as it hasn't had the effects of multiple polishes waxes and washes ect and mainly uv rays off the sun which do fade and distort...

I agree there a just hoped there may be a loophole to avoid paying 170 on car that av paid 7 n a half grand for ano what ya saying but no one wants to fork money out after spending over 7 grand
and I get 1 years warranty if I choose to go with the parts Halfords supply so say I found a cheaper...
