I had this happen on mine, but I'd thought I 'd take a look inside the hazard light switch. There are 2 sealed relays so what I did was to desolder and resolder them. I wasn't expecting much but the relays starting work fine, and continue to work fine over a year on now. I can only assume that...
Thanks Pluves1 - that's a good suggestion. This morning I checked over the battery voltage with a multi meter and it reads 12.2v. Also the cluster is working correctly and the voltage at terminal 30 is 11.6v when off and 13.9~14.0v with the engine running. It seems to have sorted itself out...
Went to fuel car up this evening got in and before I started it noticed that glow plug light and various other symbols were illuminated on the cluster. Thought that was a bit strange, once started cluster did not light up and rev counter, fuel and temp did not move. I also saw DEF under the date...
