Hi synthdood, I drive over 500 miles per week including two 250 mile trips and paid extra for the leather / alcantara sports seats in my Sportback SE, they are very comfortable and haven't regretted the extra expense - I don't think you will find you have made the wrong choice.
Get roof rails then you can fit a top box . . .
My Sportback makes do for my family of 5 (2 adults 2 gangly youths and a fussy Airedale) and so far no complaints.
When my kids were younger I did have an estate to cart around all the paraphernalia but guess we have passed that stage now.
Sorry a3derv1 I don't have the part numbers to hand, just asked for centre caps for RS6's and tried one at the dealer before committing to a set.
