a)cars fitted with 10 x 10 second burts of NITRO-OXIDE...
b) smaller fuel tanks = more pit stops (no more boring 1 stoppers)
c) HUGH rear wings that really do all cars to get into the slip stream from over 50 metres back...
d)allow BUMPER CAR RULES
