Mine does this. it's 2009 2.0tdi (170). I've had it a year, it bothered me for the first few months of ownership. I changed the thermostat because I was convinced it was a fan running. Car runs really well so I've just accepted it. Would be nice to pin it down though :shrug:

Those are PQH 20"x9 '5-twin-spoke' matt titanium look Black edition was spec'd up with the 21" PQW see below. I prefer the PQH though.

:iagree: with Smeds here. I have adaptive cruise on my B8. It's rare on the older models but I really like it. Would deffo look to spec it in the future.

Hi Mate, My son ran an A3 1.4 s-line a couple of years ago, it was in lovely condition with high spec and quite a rare one being an auto with s-tronic. It was on 125k with full history (timing belt at 90k) when we bought it which made it a lot of car for the money. It was at 145K when we moved...

On closer inspection I think you might be right. I might just have to take a drive out there myself to verify............. :icon thumright:

Great result on the drive shaft issue. :thumbs up: Deffo need the cruise. I've got adaptive on mine (not seen many B8s with it) find it really useful.

This is correct. I did this through the DVLA with mine, had to wait a number of weeks for the auction though. Luckily there were no bids against me so I got it for the minimum fee.
