Like the tittle says, I fitted an untested abs module, the bosch number is the same, but the VCDS says it cant find the module ( No response) when i search it, Need help, as to why, does it need coding, i was told it wouldn't.

Wondering where the best place for an abs module is, do i wait to find one that fits my model coming up ( code ending in A or E) or is there somewhere that sells refurbished ones, i dont want it breaking again if i fit it. Help needed, jay

Looking to repair the module tomorrow on my tqs, by hopefully soldering the two silver wires back on the contact patch, presuming these wires are the culprit, looking at the tutorials, it seems asif there is just one blob of solder of both of the wires onto the contact patch, is this ok? Also...
