No it's standard. I can't see any water damage but it does sound like there is some protection kicking in as when the sound comes back it sounds fine so the amp can't be blown. I have VCDS but can't get to it and also I don't know what I'll be able to figure out from it as I'm a bit new to it.

Update: The speakers work for about 10mins and then there's a phase of thumping like a bad connection to the amp (like a guitar being unplugged from a live amp) then there is no sound I guess some protection system kicks in.
