Had it on my manual S3 and didn’t really use it at all (then the car was stolen) and I drove an auto without the hill hold and just had to have it again as it is a must, like you said should be standard.
Does the 2.0 tfsi 190 require the stronic map to manage that power? What other mods would help also? Eg, intercooler or an intake? Thanks @Rick @ Unicorn Motor Dev.
My driving to work is 2 miles down a duel carriage way, with a roundabout half way down there. And then 3 miles down a 40.
I think the S3 did better mpg on longer drives also, partner often wants to go the Manchester shopping from north wales, and the S3 did better around 40mpg. A3 did 35 when...
Off the line it doesn’t seam much different. The s-tronic helps a lot low down the fears off the line. But when at speed then I notice the difference in acceleration from day 50. I’m getting around 26-28mpg I would say. Still only on 3500 miles.
I now have an A3 with the 190 bhp with Quattro and s-tronic (after my manual S3 was stolen). I was expecting to have better mpg than the S3 but getting around the same.
Not sure to be honest. They also work closely with a mobile detailer revive https://www.reviveautodetail.co.uk/.I had him to come and detail my car last year. Did a great job on the car
They have stoped using that name but are still detailing in the same unit under the name of ceramic pro north wales https://www.ceramicpronorthwales.com/. Hope that helps
Thanks for all the support guys.
Never think it’s going to happen to yourself until it does.
I would definitely prefer them to just take the car rather than possibly come back and force it off us.
Sad to say that my car got stolen off my drive last night while we where out for a meal.
Cars can be replaced (I have gap insurance) not that I’ll get another high performance car like it again as much as I will always want one.
It’s the fact some one/people have been in our house and gone...
