The S Line passenger seats (Half leather/half cloth) have two metal hoops between the bottom of the upright and the back of the seat base. What are they for?

Sorry, not a fan of the matt black - it makes a luxury car brand look like a cheap chav car. I also struggle to see the point of putting the S3 badge on the front grill - it's a 2.0 TDI, and everyone will know that from the engine sound.
