thats looks like a cheap chineese copy k04-001 or a chineese copy k03's by the looks of it? i have a dead one in my garage that i just took off a mates A3 with a snapped shaft? I built him a decent hybrid k03 using genuine parts to replace it as it only lasted 2 months......
bleed the two nipples located on the master cylinder itself? i had a very similar issue an went round in circles for two hours messing around then a noticed two nipples on the master cylinder itself that i had been missing as there hard to see, as soon as i bled these i was away in minutes?

When the dual mass flywheel starts to die/break up it can cause the inner part of the flywheel that the clutch friction plate contacts to drag on the clucth friction plate it's self therefore giving you a hard gear change as the clutch does'ent disengage fully?

I hope the intank pump pick up will be ok, even at low fuel levels as it picks up at exactly the same place and height as the o.e. one it's litterally just swapped position using the o.e. carrier/sender so i cant see any difference?? At least i hope..LOL:unsure:
