Strange one this but whilst cleaning the car over the weekend I noticed that my chrome S Line grille surround is in 2 pieces, not damaged but a level join/split each side of the number plate ???
Does anyone else have this??
In a nutshell I fix trains. From Apprentice to senior engineer over the last 16+ yrs.
Currently working on the install of a new signalling and automated driving system on the new Underground trains. The Metropolitan, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines for those who know/use the 'Tube'.

T&T'd (sailed through too), tyres sorted and all 4 wheels aligned! Was shocked as they were quite a bit out.......
Finally had a good chance to wash it myself and have a really close look.

Probably too much effort if it ends up being noticable. Although It'll probaly look better than the bracket and the bungs if I do it as a temp fix..............
Was kind of hoping that having the latter wouldn't mean having a couple of peep holes left behind.
Cheers for the info and I'll get looking for a replacement console I might even look at making some sort of temporary bung / cover for the holes to to get rid of the bracket.
After having the new toy for a couple of weeks its time to start playing and pulling things apart (and hoping I can put it back together again).
Basically I want to remove the physical phone prep from the centre console as I'm using the bluetooth. and the blank holder looks really sh!te just...

The EOS an early '07 56 plate and yeah it was shot to bits when I changed it out. The lumpy tick over gave the game away so was thinnking get the A4 done before it dies.
I'll get checking on the part numbers and no doubt will have to change it.
