Thanks for the replies, mines a facelift MY10 I think... Can’t turn off asr, removing abs fuse will fix it but obviously no abs then. Apparently pre- facelift could turn off asr. All depends on abs pump module... Looking at retrofitting an old abs module but doesn’t look like a common method...

I know the feeling, I have an occasional slow speed knock too. Fairly certain it will be down to the solid shock mounts but it wasn't that bad when they were installed... I have read half a dozen threads with these symptoms and nobody ever appears to find the cause, good luck...
