As above, some kind of inbuilt safety feature I've seen on a few VAG cars. The Veyron's limit is only 3k when stationary iirc!

I'm guessing it's due to certain countries i.e France not allowing speed camera detectors so it's far easier to add it for people who need it than include it but remove it for the other end of the Eurostar?

Removed mine as it stopped working, regularly use Rainx but still gets dirty pretty quick, don't miss the wiper though
