Ok.....so got her back last week after 2 weeks. Problem took a while to diagnose but traced to an internal fault within EGR valve which was replaced and re-adapted. Oil & fuel filter replaced, a couple of sensors and some additives added to the fuel tank to help clean her through. A grand +...

This is the B7 section and I've just had exactly the same problem with a staged throttle & rattle when I rev the engine @ idle. Help guys - if anyone knows what the problem is, it's you lot!!!!

I've just done a Brembo setup all round (as some will know) with AP600 fluid. Both braking and ride substantially improved.

Thanks.....Yeah - I specifically didn't want the standard 5 spoke S-Line ones. She's got full spec inc NAV, B2th, Cruise, 6 disc changer etc - only thing missing is AMI - am investigating that now - figure that will be a strong selling point when I do get rid of her. Sort of love her guttural...
